Benjamin Hornung, Co-Founder

I followed my grandfather and father into the manufacturing and selling of luxury products, so it’s definitely in my blood! Over the past 20 years and counting, I’ve been immersed in every part of the process, from the design studio through to the boardroom, overseeing production in the Far East - where I spent a memorable few years living in Hong Kong - through to logistics. When people buy a product, they are also buying an experience, and elevating and enriching that experience is at the very heart of our ethos.

Neil Schwartz, Co-Founder

I’ve spent several decades in the gifting and packaging world as a Senior Operations Manager, covering everything from planning, logistics, process management and manufacturing, supplying many popular high street stores and large retailers. Personalised products and gifts are so much more meaningful than a regular purchase, and the joy that comes with a more niche and individual experience is something I’m deeply passionate about.

Jennifer Stone, Operations Manager

I started my working life within the toy industry managing retailers’ stock and consumer orders, before moving into the role of a buyer. I was then drawn into the world of designer gifts and paper where I developed a keen eye for the uncompromisingly high product quality demanded by the luxury market. Over the last 16 years, I’ve built a reputation for superior customer service, and my customers know that, with me, they always come first.
