Keep the dreams alive and the magic running wild this Christmas by using our personalised elf made ink stamp.

A must have personalised ink stamp that allows you to explain the organisational process that Santa and his Elf crew go through to bring everyone in the world their gifts. The ink stamp shows the name or names of your choice, and your postcode.

You could have a family stamp with just your surname on and write in by hand the first name of the receipent, or have one stamp made up for each of the children - they can be used year after year after year.

Each stamp is, as we say personalised with the name or names of your choice, along with a realistic retro postage stamp that has the date 24.12.15 plus ELF MADE written within the postage details.

With each stamp ordered you will receive 10 tags to stamp.

Payments

We accept payment by Paypal, debit/credit card as well as Etsy gift card. We do not accept e-cheques.

Shipping from United Kingdom

We usually dispatch each day Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1pm will normally be processed the following working day. Be aware that if you upgrade your order to express delivery the same applies.

UK delivery is normally by Business Class 48 Royal Mail with the exception of larger items which are courier delivered.

International delivery is by airmail and cannot be upgraded.

Please allow three working days for standard delivery in the UK and 12 working days for international delivery, although orders will often arrive sooner than this.

We always send an email to advise when your order has been dispatched. If you have any queries about when you will receive your order please contact us and we will be more than happy to advise.

Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible on stock, non-personalised items once the item/s have been returned to us in saleable condition.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us, within 14 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned in perfect condition - still in any packaging - then we will provide a refund. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun and cannot be refunded unless faulty. Any changes to personalisation must be reported to us as soon as possible - we will always endeavour to help.

Please contact us first before leaving negative feedback, as we will do all we can to resolve any dissatisfaction.

ADDING PERSONALISATION
To add personalisation to an order, ensure you have selected the personalisation option if required. Add the product to your basket and head to checkout, here you can add the personalisation into the NOTES TO SELLER section.

If you struggle finding this - you can just drop us a message one you have placed the order to confirm the details and we will match it all up.

DELIVERY
With most of our products we work hard to dispatch them the day you order or the following day. Shipping within the UK - we use Royal Mail48 so you can expect your item to be with you 4-5 days from ordering. If your order is more bespoke or made up of multiple parts, your lead time will be a little longer. If you are in any doubt - drop us a quick message and we can advise of your estimated dispatch date.
