This solid oak and slate wedding table plan is sure to be a show stopper on your big day! The rustic style wedding seating plan will be working hard long after everyone has found their seats as each of the laser engraved slates are simply held in place with sticky velcro tabs. This means that once you are back from honeymoon you can use the solid oak board, with or without the slates, just as you please.
Maybe you'll use it to display your wedding photographs or have it made into a bench!
Each wooden table plan is handmade to order and the basic price of the board includes your marital surname. This can be changed to be your first names instead if you prefer. Each of the slates are laser engraved with up to 12 guests names.
The table plan is available in different sizes to accommodate all wedding party numbers with an appropriately priced table plan.
TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
1. Select the number of tables you will be having on the board,
2. Leave quantity at 1 if you only want one table plan!
3. Send us over the names you want to appear on the top of the board (i.e. Mr & Mrs Wright or Clare & Rob) through the NOTES TO SELLER section at checkout.
4. We will be needing the names of all your guests too - you can send those to us via clare [!at] bespokeandoak.com
MADE FROM: Solid oak and slates, the board is treated with mineral oil.
PLEASE NOTE: once you have placed your order and we have drawn up the artwork, we will send you an attachment so you can see an electronic proof of your product before we engrave your table plan. We need you to confirm back to us that you are happy with the layout and that all names and spellings are correct before we can make up your bespoke product.
Board: Height 40cm, Width 83cm - 900cm, Depth 2 - 2.5cm.
Each slate measures 15cm x 12 cm (15cm x 11cm when accommodating 14 slates).
The board will vary in width according to the number of slates added. There may also be some natural variation in the width of the board - increasing and decreasing along the contours.
We accept payment by Paypal, debit/credit card as well as Etsy gift card. We do not accept e-cheques.
We usually dispatch each day Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1pm will normally be processed the following working day. Be aware that if you upgrade your order to express delivery the same applies.
UK delivery is normally by Business Class 48 Royal Mail with the exception of larger items which are courier delivered.
International delivery is by airmail and cannot be upgraded.
Please allow three working days for standard delivery in the UK and 12 working days for international delivery, although orders will often arrive sooner than this.
We always send an email to advise when your order has been dispatched. If you have any queries about when you will receive your order please contact us and we will be more than happy to advise.
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible on stock, non-personalised items once the item/s have been returned to us in saleable condition.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us, within 14 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned in perfect condition - still in any packaging - then we will provide a refund. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun and cannot be refunded unless faulty. Any changes to personalisation must be reported to us as soon as possible - we will always endeavour to help.
Please contact us first before leaving negative feedback, as we will do all we can to resolve any dissatisfaction.

With most of our products we work hard to dispatch them the day you order or the following day. Shipping within the UK - we use Royal Mail48 so you can expect your item to be with you 4-5 days from ordering. If your order is more bespoke or made up of multiple parts, your lead time will be a little longer. If you are in any doubt - drop us a quick message and we can advise of your estimated dispatch date.
